crickexch Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

crickexch is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms shall be considered a legal agreement between the platform and the user.

1.1 Definition of Services

"Platform" refers to the crickexch website, mobile application, and all associated digital services. "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable international online gaming policies. Any disputes will be resolved through a neutral arbitration process.

1.3 Language

These Terms were originally written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text. In the event of any ambiguity in a translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to use the crickexch platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
• You must be a real person and accounts may not be operated by any automated means.
• You must not be a resident of any country where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You must not have been previously banned from crickexch.

crickexch may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other valid identity document for age verification. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and the applicable policy regarding the return of deposited funds will be followed.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If the same person holds two or more accounts, all accounts may be closed and deposited funds may be withheld.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

crickexch may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may include verification of a national identity card, proof of address, and payment method. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit for each payment method is ৳100. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No processing fee applies to deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from or withdrawals to a third party's account are strictly prohibited. crickexch reserves the right to conduct an investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. All funds including the bonus must be wagered 25 times the total amount before withdrawal (25x wagering requirement).

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed only once.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Specific terms for different promotions may apply separately.

5.3 VIP Program

crickexch has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.8%, and Platinum 1.0%. Tier advancement depends on gaming activity and behavior.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

crickexch believes in the principle of fair play. Our games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures every outcome is completely unbiased and random.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error, crickexch reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager. Responsibility for internet disconnection lies with the user.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules for each event apply in sports betting. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the wager will be refunded. Odds offered in live betting may change.

6.4 Game Providers

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using another user's information or account.
• Fraudulent conduct or collusion against the platform.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the immediate closure of the account and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by crickexch

crickexch reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• KYC verification failure.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Security risk.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. Any remaining balance prior to account closure will be returned subject to fulfillment of the applicable withdrawal terms.

The maximum amount of liability shall in no case exceed the balance held in your account.
